** Drug ingredients producer says CEO Amit Raj Sinha was remanded on Dec 27 in relation to an ongoing probe into its June 30 factory fire

** SIGC fell as much as 10.2% earlier in the session

** Stock down 42% since June 30; YTD, SIGC shares down nearly 36%
