** High Court of Telangana grants bail to co's MD and CEO Amit Raj Sinha

** Sinha was remanded in late-December as a part of a probe launched to investigate a factory fire at SIGC's chemical unit that killed 40 people

** Trading volume at about 24 mln shares, 4x the 30-day average

** SIGC fell 37.7% in 2025
