India's Sigachi Industries rises on suitability certificate for drug

** Sigachi Industries  SIGC.NS  rises as much as 7.4% to
54.9 rupees
    ** Pharma and food ingredients maker's group company gets
certificate of suitability from European Directorate for the
Quality of Medicines and Health Care for Propafenone
Hydrochloride, the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) used
to treat cardiac arrhythmias
    ** Stock set to snap three straight weeks of losses
    ** More than 2.9 mln shares traded, 2.7x the 30-day avg
    ** SIGC last up 4%, turning the stock positive on YTD basis
