RS Group plc announces that Bessie Lee, Non-Executive Director, has been
appointed as independent non-executive director of Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC, a listed company on the London Stock Exchange, with effect
from 2 June 2026. Bessie will also be a member of the Audit and Risk,
Management Engagement, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

 

This announcement is being made pursuant to 6.4.9 of the Listing Rules
