At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 1.30% at 50,210.55. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 1.07% at 7,307.88, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.42% at 25,313.02.
