    * Signed a settlement agreement with Buccaneer Gold 
Corporation 
    * All agreements between Buccaneer And Xtra-Gold are 
confirmed to have been terminated and of no further force or 
effect 
    * Xtra-Gold has agreed to forgive amounts owing by Buccaneer 
to it
