 (LON: 20CA) today announced that Patrick Tillieux, Chair of the Arqiva
Board, has informed the Board of his decision to step down from his role due
to personal circumstances. Patrick will step down as Chair with effect from 30
June.

Scott Longhurst will become Interim Chair ahead of confirming a permanent
appointment. A formal process to identify and appoint a new Chair is underway
and the Board will provide a further update in due course.

Scott Longhurst, Interim Chair, said:

Arqiva during his tenure as Chair, and we wish him all the very best for the
future."
