** Co signs a deal for 60% stakes in four Westhaven Gold projects in British Columbia

** Cos say deal requires Dundee to fund up to C$85 million in project expenditures, including a firm commitment of at least C$30 million in the first three years

** Partnership establishes joint venture structure, with Dundee to gain operatorship after achieving 50% interest - Cos

** Deal covers Shovelnose Gold Project, Prospect Valley Gold Project, Skoonka Gold Project and Skoonka North Project

** Including session's moves, DCa up 203.6% YTD
