Union Power Metals Corporation, formerly Nuclear Vision Limited, is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the development of a European-focused manganese platform, positioning it to participate in the global demand for critical minerals essential to electrification, battery technologies, and energy storage systems. The Company is advancing manganese projects in Slovakia, while maintaining exposure to uranium assets in Botswana. The Company's Slovakia Manganese Projects include Svabovce and Michalova. The Svabovce Manganese Deposit includes five sub-deposits covering approximately 30.52 square kilometers (sq km) southeast of Poprad. The Michalova Manganese Deposit is located near the town of Brezno in central Slovakia. The UA92 Botswana Uranium project comprises prospecting licenses totaling approximately 2,414 sq km in Botswana’s Central District. The licenses target sandstone‑hosted uranium mineralization within the Ecca Group of the Karoo Supergroup.
