    * Says it will issue up to 30 million shares, to repay loans
and
replenish working capital 
    * Says 10 percent to 15 percent of the new shares will be
offered
to the company's employees
    * Says 10 percent of the new shares will be offered through
public
offering
    * Remaining 75 percent to 80 percent of the new shares will
be
