** U.S. pipeline operator ONEOK OKE.N will buy
midstream assets in two deals worth $5.9 billion with Global
Infrastructure Partners (GIP), bolstering its position in the
Permian and Mid-Continent basins amid rapid consolidation in the
industry.

** Czech investor Tomas Cupr, the founder of online grocer
Rohlik, has applied to take control of online pharmacy group
Pilulka PINK.PR , the country's anti-monopoly said in a filing

million euros ($557-668 million) for the payment unit of Spanish
