the matter said.
CASINO CASP.PA /TERACT TRACT.PA :
French retailers Teract and Casino have decided by mutual
agreement to end exclusive talks to combine their retail
activities in France, debt-laden supermarket chain Casino said
on Thursday.

CLIMATE/INVESTORS:
The world's biggest investor coalition trying to curb
corporate emissions said on Thursday that its members must get
companies to cut their emissions rather than just talk about it,
as it outlined plans to make these investors more accountable.
FRANCE/NUCLEAR:
France is not prepared to give up the competitive advantages
linked to nuclear power, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire
told an industry conference on Thursday.
The energy and education ministries also said on Thursday
that the government will on Friday grant more than 100 million
euros ($107.8 million) to train workers and boost innovation in
civil nuclear projects over the next decade, part of a wider
plan to relaunch the ailing sector.
EDF EDF.PA :
EDF announced on Thursday the implementation of an equity
securities squeeze-out procedure. The group added that the
French state now holds all of EDF's share capital and voting
rights.
EU/MIGRATION:
European Union ministers agreed on Thursday on how to share
out the responsibility for looking after migrants and refugees,
after 12 hours of negotiations got Italy and Greece to sign up
to a deal that has eluded the bloc for nearly a decade.
EU/WHEAT:
European wheat prices rose on Thursday on concern about
Black Sea supplies, technical adjustments ahead of a key U.S.
report and a lack of rain in some large producing regions in
Europe, traders said.
EURONEXT ENX.PA :
Euronext announced on Thursday a quarterly review of the CAC
family indices. The changes will be effective from June 19.
GTT GTT.PA :
GTT has received three approvals in principle from DNV on
its latest development projects in alternative fuels.
