Agriculture group InVivo and top financiers to de-list retailer Teract
PARIS, Jan 15 (Reuters) - French agriculture company InVivo and the leading French financiers behind retailer Teract TRACT.PA said on Thursday they would buy out the remaining shares in Teract and then de-list Teract from the stock market. Teract was founded in 2022 by major Paris financiers Xavier Niel, Moez-Alexandre Zouari and Matthieu Pigasse.
