PDMR Dealing

 

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA
support services group announces that it has been notified that, Paul Hogarth,
Chief Executive Officer, has transferred a total of 139,953 ordinary shares of
£0.20 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by him in a General
Investment Account to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") (the "SIPP
Transfer").

The SIPP Transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the
Ordinary Shares, and carried out as two distinct transfers as follows:

1.     The transfer of 66,753 Ordinary Shares at a price of 626 pence per
Ordinary Share; and

2.     The transfer of 73,200 Ordinary Shares at a price of 625 pence per
Ordinary Share.

Following the SIPP Transfer, Paul's total beneficial interest in the Company
is unchanged at 8,986,227 Ordinary Shares representing 14.65% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
