** Co and its JVs secure orders worth 5.8 bln rupees ($67.4 mln) to be executed over 5 years

** Orders for co's products such as gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis and hoses

** JV Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems got orders for chassis components

** About 564,282 shares traded, 2.3x the 30-day avg

** YTD, TALB gains ~2%
