Standard Life plc (the 'Company')

Grant of Awards under the Standard Life Incentive Plan ('SLIP')

 

The Company announces that on 18 May 2026, the following Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') was granted an award over Ordinary Shares
of £0.10 each in the Company under the SLIP.

 

The timing of the award was subject to shareholder approval of the Standard
Life Incentive Plan rules and the 2026 Directors' Remuneration Policy at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held on 14 May 2026.

 

The number of shares was calculated using a price of £6.698, being the
average market share price for the three days preceding 30 March 2026,
aligning to awards made to other PDMRs under the Long Term Incentive Plan.

 

The award was granted as nil cost options which are subject to criteria
relating to the Company's performance over the three-year performance period
to 31 December 2028 and will be subject to a two-year holding period from the
vesting date.

announcement is made in accordance with the UK Markets Abuse Regulation
(Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the
