SenesTech rises on general use approval of rat contraceptive in New York state

** Shares of SenesTech Inc  SNES.O  rise 28.3% at $5.40
    ** Co's contraceptive for male and female rats, ContraPest,
approved for general use in New York state
    ** The New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation removed "Restricted Use Pesticide" (RUP) from the
label of ContraPest
    ** Following which, ContraPest, no longer requires
application by specially licensed pest control co's, eliminating
restrictive handling and paperwork - SNES
    ** SNES is developing and commercializing a global
technology for managing animal pest populations, initially rat
populations, through fertility control 
    ** In 2022, co's stock fell 84.22%
