Australia's Siren Gold rises on NZ project sale

** Shares of Siren Gold  SNG.AX  rise as much as 21.1% to
A$0.092, their highest since June 26
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since July 12,
2023
    ** Gold explorer says it will sell Reefton project in New
Zealand's South Island for A$20 mln ($13.55 mln) in cash and
shares to Canada-based Rua Gold  RUA.CD     
    ** Says it will hold 30.2% of RUA's shares after deal
completion, while maintaining a significant interest in Reefton
and acquiring an interest in Glamorgan project in North Island
    ** Says it will focus on Sam's Creek Project in South Island
    ** About 2.5 mln SNG shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 352,497
    ** SNG had risen 11.8% this year, as of last close
    
($1 = 1.4762 Australian dollars)
