Rosebank has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the
"2025 Annual Report") and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (the
"Notice"). Electronic copies of the 2025 Annual Report and the Notice will
shortly be available on the Company's website and printed copies have been
posted to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper
communications.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 7 May 2026 at 11.00
a.m. at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.
