** Rishabh Instruments RISB.NS rises as much as 8% to 324 rupees; on track to gain for third straight session

** Industrial control products maker's unit signs 500 mln rupees (~$6 mln) deal with a Germany-based energy sector co to supply electronic devices for industrial automation

** More than 61,000 shares traded, above the 30-day moving avg of 46,296

** RISB last up 5.5%, cutting YTD losses to ~11%
