** India's Rishabh Instruments RISB.NS rise 2.3% to 489.85 rupees

** Test and measuring instruments and industrial control products maker's Q4 consol net profit rises to 197 mln rupees  ($2.1 mln) from 63.1 mln rupees year ago

** Q4 revenue rises 9.3% Y/Y to 2.05 bln rupees

** YTD, RISB up ~23%
