AGM Resolutions

Portmeirion Group PLC, the global homewares brands group, confirms that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today resolutions 1 to 12 put to
the meeting were duly passed. Resolution 13 did not receive the requisite
majority of votes and was therefore not passed.
