Purchase of Shares by the Portfolio Manager

 

The Company has been notified that a person closely associated to Mr Laurence
Hulse, the lead portfolio manager of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares
of the Company.

On 7 May 2026, 8,000 ordinary shares of the Company were purchased by Olivia
Furlong, a person closely associated with Mr Hulse.

Following this transaction Mr Hulse directly holds 111,980 ordinary shares in
the Company and, in aggregate, Mr Hulse and his persons closely associated
hold 214,130 ordinary shares, representing 0.64% of the total number of shares
with voting rights in the Company.
