Board Changes

 

 

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention
technology for home insurers, announces the resignation of Stefania Barbaglio
as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 April 2026.

 

Stefania Barbaglio was a director of the Company at the time of the reverse
takeover of LeakBot Limited in 2021. Stefania owns 591,506 Ondo shares,
representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
