PDMR & PCA Dealings

 

MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and
assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, announces the following
dealings in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and a
person closely associated ("PCA").

 

Graham Gordon, Partner & PDMR, and his spouse, Claire Gordon, have
