Australia's Clean TeQ Water jumps most in 4 weeks on Canadian lithium partnership

** Shares of water treatment firm Clean TeQ Water Ltd  CNQ.AX 
jump as much as 14.3% to A$0.4, their biggest intra-day gain
since Aug. 15 
    ** Co establishes a partnership between Canadian lithium 
explorer LithiumBank Resources Corp  LBNK.V  and Go2Lithium Inc,
a 50/50 joint venture to commercialize co's direct lithium
extraction process
    ** Says partnership for a licensing agreement that provides
LithiumBank access to co's lithium extraction process
    ** Says Go2Lithium to become a strategic shareholder in
LithiumBank through the issue of up to 14 million shares
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Aug. 30 
    ** More than 238,218 shares change hands as compared with
the 30-day average volume of ~38,808 shares  
    ** Stock down 10.3% this year as of last close, vs 1.7%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
