** Shares of Pursuit Minerals Ltd  PUR.AX  rise as much as
58.3% to A$0.019, set for best day since Feb. 23, 2021, if gains
hold 
    ** Mineral explorer to acquire 100% of issued capital of
Argentina-focused lithium co, Trilogy Minerals Pty Ltd 
    ** Shares hits highest since Aug. 15 
    ** Trilogy holds five option interests to secure various
tenements at the Rio Grande Sur Project in Argentina 
    ** Says tenements are prospective for lithium 
    ** Co also undertakes a capital raising of A$2 mln ($1.37
mln) at an issue price of A$0.012 per share 
    ** About 24.36 mln shares trade hands compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 1.20 mln shares  
    ** Shares of co are down 55.6% YTD as of last close 
($1 = 1.4637 Australian dollars)
