Results of Tender Offers for 2026 and 2027 Notes
Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) K.S.C.P. (KIPCO), in its capacity as the Obligor of Kuwait Projects Company Sukuk Limited, announced the results of tender offers announced on 2 September 2025 to repurchase in cash and cancel any and all of the following outstanding notes so tendered on terms and subject to the conditions and restrictions set out in tender offer memorandum dated 2 September 2025 made available to the eligible noteholders.
