** Shares of Kaya KAYA.NS rise 10% to 499.5 rupees
** The skin and hair care products maker said late Wednesday
it will collaborate with consumer goods maker Marico MRCO.NS
which will exclusively handle sales and marketing of Kaya's
products
** Shares of MRCO up 0.2%
** KAYA up ~48% so far this year, eyes best yearly gain
since Dec. 2021
