Vivendi, Telecom Italia's biggest shareholder, is interested
in the Italian phone group's video streaming business TIMvision
and, through its TV unit Canal+, has asked for information about
the platform, Il Sole 24 Ore said on Saturday. Citing rumours,
the paper said Canal+'s interest could range from commercial
agreements to an outright acquisition.

The agricultural and construction machine maker said on
Friday it had sold the engineered films division on its Raven
Industries unit to private equity firm Industrial Opportunity

The Benetton-owned group on Friday appointed former top
diplomat Giampiero Massolo as chairman, renewing CEO Bertazzo
for another three-year term. Shareholders also expressed a
favourable non-binding vote on the group's Climate Action Plan,
which targets halving the 2019 level of net direct emissions by
2030 to get to net zero by 2040.
