COMPANIES (*) BPER BANCA EMII.MI, BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO BPSI.MI, UNICREDIT CRDI.MI, BANCO BPM BAMI.MI The CEO of BPER Banca told daily la Repubblica's Affari e Finanza supplement on Monday that the offer price in its bid for smaller peer Banca Popolare di Sondrio was "more than fair". ENAV ENAV.MI, TELECOM ITALIA TLIT.MI Flights in northwestern Italy were suspended for two hours on Saturday evening due to a malfunction in the radar transmission system in Milan, the country's air traffic controller Enav said. OVS OVS.MI Italian clothing retailer OVS has presented an offer to take control of home goods chain Kasanova, daily Corriere della Sera reported on Sunday, which should include a capital increase worth 10 million euros. IVECO IVG.MI, LEONARDO LDOF.MI Offers for the defence unit of the Italian industrial vehicles maker are likely to be presented this week, daily Corriere della Sera said on Sunday. Bidders are expected to include a joint venture between Italy's Leonardo and Germany's Rheinmetall, the Franco-German consortium KNDS, and the Czech Republic's CSG.
