Iberdrola said on Wednesday it signed a long-term power deal to extend the life of wind farm in Washington.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra said on Wednesday it signed a memoranding of understanding with Cohere to collaborate on the development of sovereign AI solutions.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC

A New York judge handling Grifols' defamation lawsuit ruled that Gotham City Research cannot claim legal protections designed for journalists, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

ACS ACS.MC

New York's Port Authority has hired ACS' Turner to oversee the first phase of Manhattan's $10 billion Midtown Bus Terminal project, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday.

Separately, Morgan Stanley raised its target price to €156 from €150.

ENAGAS ENAG.MC

H2Med, a planned hydrogen pipeline linking Portugal and Spain with France and Germany, involves €6.7 billion of gross investment, with Enagas participating in the project and its share of H2Med estimated at €1.165 billion, plus about €150 million a year in operating costs, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Thursday.

Morgan Stanley raised the company to "overweight" from "equal weight" and raised its target price to €32 from €27.
