Ayco Grupo Inmobiliario ALCE.SCT 
Ayco said on Monday its capital increase had been subscribed for a total of 9.9 million new shares, representing an aggregate cash amount of €4.5 million.

Iberdrola said its Brazilian unit Neoenergia will invest €4.5 billion in power grid expansion and modernisation in Bahia through 2030, underpinned by renewed 30-year distribution concessions, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.

NATURGY NTGY.MC
Naturgy will retain control of the electricity distribution network in Argentina's San Juan province after an international tender attracted no rival bids, and plans to invest €124 million between 2026 and 2030 to modernise and strengthen the grid, Spanish newspaper elEconomista reported on Tuesday.

OHLA OHLA.MC
Spanish construction group OHLA said its Saudi unit, in a joint venture with Hassan Allam Construction, won a contract from Saudi Arabia Railways to build a 22.7‑km single-track freight rail link in Dammam, including civil works and signalling, Spanish newspaper elEconomista reported on Tuesday.

Spain's Defence Ministry awarded Indra - via its Minsait unit - and privately held GMV two lots worth about €42 million to deploy and operate military command-and-control communications systems in Spain and overseas, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.
