Iberdrola's top executives will receive nearly 280 million euros in shares under the company's 2023–25 strategic bonus scheme after outperforming targets, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Tuesday.

Serveo has completed the acquisition of Ferrovial's Siemsa industrial maintenance and control systems units, adding 630 specialised staff and bolstering its push into advanced industrial services, Spanish newspaper elEconomista said on Monday.

Cellnex has sold its stake in the digital infrastructure fund it co-owned with Deutsche Telekom for about 170 million euros as part of its drive to exit non‑core markets and cut debt, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Tuesday.

Correa will invest 41 million euros to build a new machining plant and expand its assembly facilities in Burgos to lift capacity and support rising demand from the energy, aerospace and naval sectors, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on Tuesday.
