Feb 19 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

REPSOL REP.MC

Repsol said on Thursday it was targeting higher dividends and increased production in its upstream business this year, while buybacks are seen in line with 2025.

Repsol's
fourth-quarter results
 on Thursday marked the debut of a
new reporting model
 under which the Spanish company aims to better reflect the growing importance of minority shareholders and joint ventures in businesses like upstream and low carbon.

Caixabank said on Thursday it would amortise the convertible preferred securities it issued in March 2018.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica said on Thursday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Mavenir Systems to create a joint AI innovation hub.

NATURGY NTGY.MC

Spain's Naturgy NTGY.MC will hold talks soon with Russia's Yamal LNG, with a view to potentially declaring force majeure on their long-term supply contract due to an EU ban on Russian liquefied natural gas imports, a senior company official said.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

A consortium including Liberty Global LBTYA.O agreed on Wednesday to buy British alternative fibre provider Substantial Group for 2 billion pounds ($2.72 billion) in a bid to take on BT Openreach.

Telefonica also launched commercial B2B services for its Edge Computing nodes in five Spanish cities as part of a wider rollout at 17 sites this year, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

Leonardo LDOF.MI said on Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Indra for cyber defence cooperation.

Separately, the Spanish government has floated a proposal to move Indra's defence assets into a new subsidiary, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.

BBVA plans to start a brokerage business in Japan, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.

ACS ACS.MC

Sweden awarded ACS's unit Hochtief HOTG.DE a key 160-km (100-mile) East Link high‑speed rail section worth about 900 million euros, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

HSBC raised its target price to 21.5 euros from 19.9 euros.

PUIG PUIGb.MC

Citigroup raised its target price to 19 euros from 17 euros.
