Iberdrola Energia said on Thursday it will control 98.0% of share capital of Neoenergia NEOE3.SA as result of tender offer through the purchase of 172.5 million additional shares of the company, representing 14.2% of share capital.

REPSOL REP.MC

Repsol said on Thursday its Q1 estimated production stood at 539,000 barrels per day.

Romanian telecoms operator Digi has decided not to include a retail tranche in its planned Spanish IPO later this month, judging that tighter EU investor-protection rules make the risks outweigh potential valuation benefits, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias said on Friday.

Ferrovial's chairman Rafael del Pino said at the AGM the group will lift its 2026 shareholder payout by 59% to a record 1 billion euros, Spanish newspaper El Pais reported on Thursday.
