** Shares of auto maker Hindustan Motors Ltd  HMTR.NS  up as
much as 6.9% to 17.85 rupees, their biggest intraday pct gain
since Nov. 10 
    ** Stock touches highest level since Nov. 18
    ** HMTR on Tuesday entered a memorandum of understanding to
extend its electric vehicle domain across the border to enhance

    ** More than 374,134 shares were traded, vs the 30-day
moving avg of 680,557 shares 
    ** As of last close, HMTR stock up 42.1% YTD
