** Shares of Hindustan Motors Ltd  HMTR.NS  rise as much as
9.9% to 22.15 rupees, their biggest pct gain since May 27
    ** Shares hit highest since June 16
    ** HMTR on track for third consecutive session of gains
    ** About 5.5 million shares changed hands in three blocks on
Friday
    ** The relative strength index of the vehicle manufacturer
is 80 - indicating that stock may be overbought, according to
Refinitiv data
    ** About 8.7 mln shares change hands by 0420 GMT vs 30-day
avg of 759,749 shares
    ** Stock up 71.5% so far this year, as of last close
