$50.30 pre-market
    ** GrowGeneration buys coir products maker Char Coir as it

    ** Char Coir's line of coco products is expected to add over
$15 mln in revenue to GRWG in 2021
    ** GRWG has been on an acquisition spree, buying several

    ** GRWG said in January it expected 2021 revenue of $335 mln
to $350 mln
    ** Shares up 22% this year, after surging over 880% last
year
