** Shares of Norfolk Metals  NFL.AX  rise as much as 18.4%
to A$0.225, their highest level since Jan. 24 
    ** Mineral explorer says it signed exclusivity agreement
with Green Shift Commodities  GCOM.V  to acquire Las Alteras
uranium project in Argentina
    ** About 300,200 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 165,668 shares
    ** Stock up 22.6% this year, as of last close
