Dividend Declaration

29 April 2026

The Board of GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, is pleased
to announce a quarterly dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2026
to 31 March 2026 of 1.58125 pence per ordinary share (the "Q1 Dividend").

The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 07 May 2026 and will be paid on 08
June 2026 to holders of ordinary shares recorded on the register as at close
of business on 08 May 2026.
