Chief Financial Officer Succession Update

 

Gateley, the leading professional services group, announced on 17 September
2025 that Neil Smith was stepping down from his roles as Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of Gateley on 30 April 2026, and that
John Paton was joining the Group as an Executive Director on 5 January 2026.
Gateley now confirms that, in line with its prior announcement, John has
succeeded Neil as CFO with effect from 1 May 2026.

Neil's early indication in 2025 of his intention to step down as CFO allowed
for an orderly succession planning and handover process to be undertaken with
John.
