Following the disposal of its trading subsidiary, Concepta Diagnostics
Limited, Fortis Frontier PLC (AIM: FORF), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces
that its registered office has moved from The Maltings, East Tyndall Street,
Cardiff CF24 5EA to c/o BPE Solicitors LLP, St James House, St James Square,
Cheltenham GL50 3PR.

subsidiary, Concepta Diagnostics Limited, becoming an AIM Rule 15 cash shell,
as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies. On the same day the Company changed
