    * Says it will issue 6 million shares to raise about T$300
million, to repay loans  
    * 15 percent of the new shares will be offered to the
company's
employees
    * 10 percent of the new shares will be offered through
public
offering
    * Remaining 75 percent of the new shares will be offered to
the
