Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and as required by Section 251AA(2) of the
Corporations Act, the following statistics, as detailed in annexure attached,
are provided in respect of each motion on the Agenda of European Metals
Holdings Limited's Annual General Meeting, held on 29 May 2026.

The Company notes that Resolutions 6 and 8 were withdrawn and not put to a
vote.

The results include details of the proxies and the polls held.
