the critical infrastructure sector, announces that it has been notified that
Mick Kearney, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 500,000 ordinary shares
of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the purchase of shares Mr Kearney holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued ordinary capital.
