ACS ACS.MC ACS is in advanced negotiations with the U.S. asset manager Global Infrastructure Partners, which was recently taken over by BlackRock, to acquire a stake of nearly 50% in its data centre and energy platform, Spanish newspaper el Economista reported on Friday, citing unidentified market sources familiar with the process. DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC Duro Felguera said on Thursday its board had approved a restructuring plan on Sept. 22 and reached a preliminary agreement with FASEE and the controlling shareholders.
