Cox Energy to invest $1 billion in northern Mexican state, governor says

MEXICO CITY, May 21 (Reuters) - Cox Energy COXGA.MC is set to invest an additional $1 billion in the northern Mexican state of Nuevo Leon, Governor Samuel Garcia said on Thursday, following a meeting with the firm.
