** Shares of Rubicon Ltd  RBC.NZ  rise as much as 4.35 pct
to NZ$0.24, biggest intraday pct gain in a month
    ** Rubicon is an investor in forestry-related industries;
Brazil-based Gerdau is one of the leading suppliers of long
steels in the Americas 
    ** The company's unit, ArborGen Inc, signs https://bit.ly/2AaGtVG
 deal with Gerdau Aços Longos S.A. for exclusive rights to
commercialise Gerdau's eucalyptus clones in Brazil 
    ** Rubicon's stock up 18 pct this year, as of last close
