Dec 28 (Reuters) - Rubicon Ltd  RBC.NZ : 
    * Immediately repaid in full its US$20 million bank loan and 
intends to repay its sub-ordinated loans prior to their maturity 
of 1 July 2017 
    * Received approximately US$42.6 million, being its 59.78% 
share of tenon's US$71.3 million capital return paid Dec 27 
    * Confirms receipt of Tenon Capital return and repayment of 
bank facility
